Once you contact us, we will need to gather some preliminary information. Once it has been determined you would be suitable for the program, we will email you some information, or we will make arrangements for you to meet with one of us and begin your process. If time is allowed, we can send the forms via U.S. mail.
We will explain some details, and you will need to sign some preliminary forms, such as Fee Agreement and Rules. We want to make sure you have no surprises, and that you are fully informed. We will also inform you of dates for the program in which you will need to report.
At this time, our census will be low... no more than five individuals! You will experience a much more 'homelike' experience, but we are certified through the Ohio Dept. of Mental Health and Addiction Services, and we are professional. If census is larger, in the near future we will reserve the right to host a program at an Ohio Dept. of Mental Health and Addiction Services approved site.
